The effects can take the form of thinning or total loss of hair, and the process can be gradual or sudden. Density treatments can achieve approx. 50-80% improvement in coverage once healed and will work with all hair colours.
SMP for Female Hair Loss
Densification SMP is an effective hair loss solution for women experiencing thinning and sparse hair. Tiny dots of pigment are implanted into the scalp mimicking individual hair follicles giving the illusion of new hair growth. The result creates the appearance of fuller hair by adding density and hiding areas where the scalp was previously visible.
Scalp Micropigmentation is suitable for women with most hair loss conditions including sparse hairlines, a wide parting, and overall shedding (diffuse thinning).
SMP pigments can be matched to any hair colour including blonde and grey hair. Scalp Micropigmentation will not damage existing hair, nor will it prevent the possibility of re-growth on the areas treated with SMP.
